The "NanoSciencesTech" series of events is composed of five training courses and one conference, all taking place at the Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Cargese in Corsica, France, within the time-span 2004-2006. Its objective is to train doctoral students and young scientists from Europe and abroad in several areas of current research interest in Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies, focusing more specifically on "hot topics" in condensed matter, optics and biology. The titles of the six sessions planned are Nanophotonics, Quantum Logic and Communication, Self-organised-nanostructures, Nanomagnetism and Spintronics, Nanotubes, Nanobio-objects.

NANOPHOTONICS SCHOOL
19-30 April 2004, Cargese (Corsica), France

This school is organised in the framework of the NanosciencesTech Marie Curie Series of Events dedicated to target six areas in nanoscience and nanotechnologies, and "NANOPHOTONICS" is the first school of the Series. The school will run from April 19th to May 1st, 2004, in the famous Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Cargese, on Corsica's west coast.
